How do I put a widget on my Home Screen?

Touch and hold an empty spot on your Home Screen, tap Edit, then Add Widget. Search for Homeglass, pick a size and tap Add Widget. To show a different design, touch and hold the widget and tap Edit Widget.

Why does my widget say "Sample"?

It's showing example data because the data it needs isn't connected yet. Open the widget in Homeglass and tap Connect, or go to the Connectors tab.

Why didn't my widget update straight away?

iOS decides exactly when widgets refresh, usually within a few minutes to an hour. Clocks, timers and countdowns always tick live. Opening Homeglass refreshes your widgets.

Is my data private?

Calendar, Reminders, Health, location and Photos are read on your iPhone and never sent to us. See the Privacy Policy for everything else.

How do I restore or cancel Homeglass Pro?

To restore a purchase on a new iPhone, open Profile and tap Restore Purchases. To cancel, open Profile → Manage Subscription, or Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I delete my account?

Open Profile and tap Delete Account. This removes your account, connected apps and data links from our servers.
